GenAI Design Thinking Workshop
Helping participants break down their business processes to identify opportunities for adopting agentic AI workflows using the 5I framework.
It was great to have an engaging session with participants, helping them break down their business processes to identify opportunities for adopting agentic AI workflows.
As we shared, AI agents are a transformative technology that can reinvent how businesses operate. Tasks that typically take days could potentially be reduced to hours with the right implementation.
We developed a holistic 5I approach to guide businesses on their AI transformation journey:
- INSPIRE: Discover the capabilities of AI through real-world use case examples.
- IDEATE: Zoom into your business to identify areas with potential opportunities.
- IMPLEMENT: Decompose your business processes into actionable steps for implementation.
- INTEGRATE: Design AI solutions that seamlessly fit into your operations.
- ITERATE: Continuously refine and improve for ongoing transformation.
