BuildingOne bot, many projects. nanomux multiplexes a single Telegram/WhatsApp bot across multiple client projects by routing each user to their own persistent AI coding agent. A stateless router dispatches by chat ID, a per-project agent (Anthropic SDK) owns the conversation, and an ephemeral Docker worker executes the code changes in isolation.
