How We Generated S$350k Without Ad Spend
The answer? AI + SEO.
The answer? AI + SEO.
13 years ago, Terrence Ngu Teck Kong and Monica Zhuang launched Hashmeta Group as a social media agency. Since then, SEO has been driving more than 60% of our new leads. It also helped us successfully launch other services (e.g. content marketing, influencer marketing) and platforms (e.g. Skoolopedia, StarNgage) — all powered by SEO.
We’ve saved millions of dollars in marketing costs every year. For example, one of our platforms, StarNgage, attracts over 3 million search clicks per year — translating into S$3M to S$15M in marketing cost savings, with CPCs ranging from S$1 to S$5.
SEO has always been one of our key business strategies and competitive advantages. But we never offered it as a service. Why? Because SEO is hard to scale through hiring — it’s a highly specialized skill.
When launching our new marketing service, Xiaohongshu marketing, Terrence ran an experiment. Instead of doing it the traditional way, he leveraged GenAI to handle most of the process.
The result? It worked — with less than one-tenth the time spent.
With GenAI, we saw new opportunities. Over the past 2 months, we’ve turned our SEO expertise into a multi-agent AI system.
I’m excited to announce the launch of our Expert-Led AI SEO service.
We’re offering a special discount to our first group of new customers. Comment “AI SEO” if you’re interested in a free consultation and the discount.
