Here is the #1 reason why AI can't fully replace humans.
AI can take orders.
AI can take orders. Process refunds. Reply to emails. Design buildings. Even craft proposals and quotations.
But here’s the problem:
AI can make mistakes, but it cannot be held accountable.
When something goes wrong~ AI can’t answer to angry customers or regulators. AI can’t be held liable for wrong refunds or quotations. AI can’t be brought to court for damages or lost human life. You will.
Until AI doesn’t make mistakes (it won’t happen), we need human in the loop for accountability.
Businesses should stop asking for AI solutions that can achieve 100% automation. Instead, look for AI solutions that can automate 50% of tasks that need 100 humans.
