Lessons Learned:
- AI platforms are still relatively new and have not been battle-tested for high resilience and scalability.
- If your products or services rely on third-party AI services, it is advisable to build in a switch to swap to another vendor (e.g., Azure OpenAI when OpenAI is down).
- Build in features to allow business operations to continue without AI.
- Always have a Business Continuity Plan.
